From the first contact with Gresham, through the design process with Jordan, and on to the build, it was a smooth process. Our many changes in the floor plan showed their immense patience and understanding of a new client’s needs. Project manager Tyson kept things in order and on time and was always quick to answer questions and solve anything that needed solving. Any clerical or financial questions were answered promptly and clearly by Anita. Ground was broken on October 15th and they said we’d have our house completed by May 16th and they were true to their word despite some weather delays.
